AS9100D:ISO9001:2015 Certified and PMA Manufacturing

They indicate that our quality management system (QMS) has been accredited to an industry-recognized set of standards. This means our customers can expect several important things. These include increased on-time delivery, above-and-beyond customer service, continuous systems improvement, the ability to clearly understand your product requirements, and confidence in reliable, safe products.
Parts Manufacturing Approval is an approval granted by the FAA to a manufacturer of aircraft parts via FAR 21.303, like Consortia Aerospace Group. Our PMA parts can be safely used in place of OEM parts for the maintenance of type-certified aircraft, accessories, and upgrades. We follow a rigorous approval process with the FAA to meet their standards of airworthiness for all our PMA parts.
Kitting
Modular wire harness assemblies to full integration kitting has been the cornerstone of our history. We currently produce over 700 kits per year for such programs as in-seat power in the ERJ and CRJ series aircraft, as well as air-to-ground WiFi integration kit for narrow and wide-body aircraft.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our sheet metal shop capabilities include everything from small brackets to precision custom made avionics trays.
Injection Molding Fabrication and Thermoforming
With our in-house injection molding and thermoforming equipment, we have the ability to manufacture and produce complex plastic components. This allows us to produce plastic parts that may be required in our STC kits or replacement cabin interior parts.
